How much does house cleaning cost?
Regular cleaning starts at $150 for a 1-bed, 1-bath home, deep cleaning at $190, and move-in/move-out at $360. Bigger homes cost more based on bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage: homes over 3,000 sq ft add $10 for every 500 sq ft, and pets add $20. What does a regular cleaning include?
Every surface dusted and then wiped with a damp cloth, floors vacuumed and mopped including under beds and furniture, bathrooms cleaned of soap scum with toilets cleaned inside and out, kitchen surfaces and appliance exteriors wiped, the inside of the microwave cleaned, and trash taken out. Inside the fridge and oven are $50 add-ons.
What's the difference between regular and deep cleaning?
Deep cleaning is regular cleaning with more time on the details: moving light appliances to clean behind them, mopping baseboards, dusting blinds, spot-cleaning windows, cabinet doors and walls. Book deep cleaning for your first clean with us or if it's been more than a month since a professional cleaning.
Is weekly cleaning cheaper than monthly?
No. The price is the same weekly, every two weeks or monthly.
How long does a cleaning take?
A 3-bedroom, 2-bath house takes a two-person team about 2.5 hours. A 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath, 2,900 sq ft home takes two cleaners about 3.5 hours.
Are your cleaners insured?

Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients give us a key, a lockbox code or a door code. You're welcome to be home, and pets and kids are no problem.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, with no fee.
What if something was missed?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back at a time that suits you and re-clean it, free.
Do you charge more for Mercer Island or Bellevue?
No. Same prices in Seattle, Mercer Island, Bellevue and Medina, with no travel fee.
Do you bring cleaning supplies?
Yes, everything. We can use fragrance-free or pet-safe products on request, or your own.
What don't you clean?
We don't do mold remediation, biohazards, pet waste, exterior windows, carpet or upholstery shampooing, or move heavy furniture. Light mildew in bathroom corners is part of normal cleaning.
